OPEN POSITIONS

Job Profile: Position is based at Mumbai. Candidate should be CA or CA finalist, preferably having 12 yrs experience of which 6 years in finalization of accounts of listed company.

• Ensuring Proper maintenance and supervision of accounts and accounts records of the Company.  

• Consolidation / Finalization of Accounts of all Divisions & necessary coordination with plants and other upcountry offices and preparation of quarterly results and annual results and related workings 

• Liaisoning with Financial Institutions, Banks, Lenders in respect of credit facilities etc.

• Responsible for management of funds at Corporate Office and plant to the extent required

• Attending, facilitating & coordinating with Auditors for matters relating to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit & Tax Audit, concurrent audit etc.

• Attending to Income Tax matters, TDS matters, GST and the statutory returns and complying with statutory requirements and coordinating with the consultants and tax audit work

• Submission of MIS Reports for Finance & Accounts like cash flow for Corporate Office

• You will satisfactorily carry out any other duties & responsibilities in the said company or any group company that may be assigned to you from time to time, commensurate with your qualification and experience.
